O.C.G. is a gay man who had been ordered not to be removed to Guatemala, where he is from. The Trump administration then sent him to Mexico, claiming O.C.G. said he did not fear violence there.

BREAKING: Following the Trump admin's admission on Friday that it had no evidence that a person (O.C.G.) deported to Mexico had denied a fear of removal to Mexico, as well as disclosure of the person's identity on the docket, O.C.G.'s lawyers seek an order the gov't facilitate his return to the U.S.
