3. We're split 50/50 in this country, who will determine accountability? I comment and then block any

poster or site that spews “racist, sexist, homophobic, and hateful rhetoric.” Don’t think we can legislate it, unfortunately, no matter how detestable (well, within reasonable, if two people can even define that).

Now if it goes beyond rhetoric, that’s different. And, of course sites can/should monitor it.
