First comes the monologue, then the primary guest (tonight was supposed to be Seth Rogan), then the second guest (Tapper), and then a musical guest.

One guest dropping out wouldn’t cause the whole show to be cancelled. They could find someone else or figure it out. It must be due to something with Jimmy.
