5. This is a point many often overlook

There aren't enough jobs out there now. How many less will there be if people are forced to stay in their jobs longer before retiring? That is assuming their employers will even keep them given that there is age discrimination. Doesn't matter whether there are laws against it, we all know it exists in reality.

Young people won't have as many opportunities opening up for them either.

Chained CPI is just a huge disaster waiting to happen. Can't believe anyone is even seriously considering this as a "good thing."
