Not on everything but it would upset them if on anything.

They’re probably also laying pipe for Cannon who wouldn’t be on the federalist list for years if at all. She hadn’t paid her dues. She’s no more qualified than Miers but honestly, given Alito’s impact, I kinda think I would rather have Miers.
