loves it makes him happy, says its his antidepressant.
I don't use it but hasn't hurt hubby, of course he just has a few hits 4-5 times a week.

So happy that it brought you some relief. I do smoke regularly and it helps a lot with the chronic pain.

I couldn't tolerate those meds when I was young. Been a long life of pain until I tried some gummies

When in doubt use Miralax every single day. If too expensive, find a generic -- Costco's brand is the same as Miralax ...
