Over the Atlantic & to South America I flew B-Class at least a hundred times.
The lavs are pretty much the same as coach.
They are, in fact, a bit larger in first class (over the Pacific & with airlines upgrading me). Still, not that big though.
The food is nicer & drinks are free. That and a bit more room is whaling B-Class gets one.
A bathroom big enough to dance in? Not so much.
