If I knew this would be coupled with some very healthy tax increases for the wealthy (pre-Regan levels) and serious defense cuts - and it would solve the deficit long term - I'd swallow hard and support it.
But whatever package we come up with, it's just step one in solving the deficit. And we've opened the door to more at the next round.
