1. The care and concern shown by the cops for a seriously injured person is really touching.

Sarcasm, sadly.

One lone cop out of a dozen had the decency to come to her aid. The rest just ignored her or walked by, metaphorically stepping over her prone body.

That assault was horrific to watch as was its aftermath.
