41. Until Krasnov started fucking with it that garden was exquisite with lots of history too.

The Architect (Sears) was very good @ bringing Jackie Kennedy’s idea to life.
A relaxing green experience where the President and others could meet and talk
in a less formal setting. The head of construction went onto to become the head of
the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, the design used the shadows of trees and columns
to make a wonderful walk way from the living quarters to the west wing, it used to
have roses who went back to Mary Lincoln, it did not need to be fixed up, and it was
one of the first knot gardens in America.

When Krasnov had work done the first time they broke the drainage system and it had
to be dug up and fixed.

This is shameful waste of money and it replaces class with crass tacky crap.
