He makes me think of an unruly kid who simply MUST leave his fingerprints all over the place. And preferably dirty ones, too. Fingermarks on the walls, woodwork, all the windows and glassware, paintings, elegant wallpaper, and scuffs and splinters everywhere. Gotta leave his mark.

If I were the incoming First Lady, I’d have a special historical curator advise me on what bits of trump crap to keep (for historical purposes), and all the rest to throw OUT. I’d have all those excessive portraits moved so the presentation was back to the way Biden had it. Some if not all of them could be displayed elsewhere. I’d restore the Rose Garden as close to the way Jackie Kennedy had it, and install a special permanent plaque in her honor, commemorating the original garden she had installed when she was First Lady.

And don’t need a ballroom. Maybe a gallery featuring the relocated portraits plus examples of original art from some of the most historic and distinguished painters and sculptors in American history. Might have some works lent by the most significant American museums on a regular basis.
