anything but lying. Just like all the members of his cabinet and administration. Thus, all the stupid, evasive answers to questions like, “do you want Ukraine to win?” Anyone with a functioning brain can observe that Trump is just walking away from Ukraine.

We don’t have a functioning defense secretary or cabinet.
