17. Iran doesn't have the capability to go to war

Directly with Israel. About all they can do to get attention is harass international shipping in the Strait of Hormuz so that’s the most likely place to see an incident maybe involving the U.S. Navy.

Russia has their own bigger problems at the moment to be getting involved in this.
