He’s “SURPRISED” at the lack of leadership here? Was his last name van Winkle before he changed it to Todd?

I’ve never been that impressed with Chuck Todd. Didn’t know many blowhards like him when I was still working. But I’m sure he remains his biggest fan…
If I were running NBC News, he’d be gone already.
