And any person arrested that is provided access to the judicial system should be asking for a Trial by Jury.

If we have a future, then these ICE agents should be open to criminal charges for their Gestapo type tactics against people. ICE is an organization that is a serious threat to our Democracy much like the Brown Shirts in Germany.
