10. This one cut deep because the way Trump moves his mouth is indeed very odd

For Trump to be insulted by royalty - and a woman at that - no doubt stung him. It hits all the hallmarks:

* Trump is himself fundamentally a monarchist - he aspires to royalty but has the resentments of a landlord's son from the outer boroughs. Being respected by royalty is his goal; being insulted by royalty is his greatest trigger
* It's a woman at that. Mocking him. A good-looking, royal woman. Mocking his speech, his appearance, his mouth.

Ooof, he can't stand it. Trump is enraged by this, which is why it got put on Fox News' agenda. The Queen had fun at the expense of the little Queens boy. Jamaica Estates, indeed! No group is trained to cut to the core of your essence with a little jab more than the European upper crust. They train for it their whole lives.
