either ice agents or the people they try to kidnap or bystanders.

They will eventually try to arrest someone who is armed and ready to resist. Actually surprised it hasn't happened yet.

If the detainee lives through the encounter, no jury should convict them... of course, ICE goons will not let them live if they show armed resistance.
