Some folks have a loved one in the nursing home as a contingent for if they (the person out of the nursing home) would pass first. They are often less able to care for that person at home and worry what would happen to that nursing home person if they passed first. Are these fascists going to kick those nursing home patients back to a family member who is unable to care for another with severe needs? and risk that if the home caretaker dies first then the more incapacitated person is going to be able to survive at home, or push them through the trauma of getting back into a nursing home after their home caretaker has died? I don't expect fascists to care, nor be capable of putting themselves in another's shoes.
