9. I don't think so. Lots of Ag jobs in some states are already being done by prison labor.

Typically in processing and packaging, which are more light manufacturing or subcontracted jobs.
A couple years ago, there was a PBS short on Worker's Comp that covered Prison Labor and their lack of Workers Comp affecting parolees and people who got released, but are now unable to work due to factory and other work accidents sustained during their incarceration.
Consumers buy "Made in the USA' Prison Labor items, including grocery products like cartons of eggs and containers of fruit, all the time
