Red hat is his Superman cape. Gives him power to lie faster than a bullet, to leap over wives gravesites on a golf course, and to see through teen pageant dressing room walls. Somehow works on his mushroom better than viagra and his ears bulletproof. Also gives him power to manipulate the minds of stupid people.
