6. Too many people were involved in the investigation to make them keep their silence

I'm thinking the investigators and the managers in the DoJ know what are in the files and as long as they're keeping their jobs they'll remain silent for the "good of the DoJ." I don't doubt some of them have copies of the investigation, the videos, and evidence of who was was on Epstein's client list.
