7. The NRA serves the needs of it's members - unlike our congress...

Regardless if the NRA does support gun manufacturers

They still

Look to support the 2nd ammendment
Support the availability of various competitions
Support safety training
Support various training accredidation programs

The NRA may support gun manufacturers but, in the process they don't screw their members.

also, the gun manufacturers are not careless with their product.
They manufacture a firearm and sell them thru dealers controlled by the government.

About sueing the cigarette manufacturers:
Now cigs are taxed so much that it makes it hard to afford cigarettes
and some states have banned smoking in restaurants - I think it should be up to the business owner whether they are smoking or non
And, NO, I am not a cigarette smoker

We have a problem with unstable people getting guns.
We need to work together to resolve the problem.
We do have a belief that people should have the freedom or choice to live as they see fit
and that their rights should not be limited if they are law abiding citizens who have done nothing wrong

That's more than I can say about our congress who is selling us out to big business and the wealthy
and is too stupid to know that the way out of this recession is thru middle class spending
(which they do very well, when gven he money spend.)
