I agree with you that a 19-year-old is an adult, but the OP has clearly reproduced the exact (loaded) title of the article.

If you read the article (not sure if you did), she's referred to, with two others, as "young women."

I think it's good that more clips like this are out there, constantly reminding Trumps base that he was good friends with Epstein.
