then I would agree. But he is likely the best candidate we could get in SC. He is famous enough that he wouldn't need massive funding and could likely self fund to the extent he needed money if he chose. I don't think a single Democratic dollar should go to a senate race in SC and I sure wouldn't be donating my money to it. But if he chose to run making the GOP spend time and money on that race, good for him. If he managed to win, then great for him. As to what I would want from his as a senator is vote for the leader and not be our next Sinema or Fetterman. I think he would manage that.
