and become multimillionaires through "lucky break" after "lucky break" plus the spouses and relatives that suddenly become qualified to make high 6 and 7 figure salaries.

I'm not going to name any names, but both parties are rife with this blatant corruption. No matter who's in control, it never sees the light of day.
