He's shitting on the very people and institutions they consider responsible for their failings. Libs in general, elites who actually know things, brown people who do much of the hard work in this country, trans people who make up an extraordinarily tiny part of our populace but are easy to attack, PBS, NPR, USAID (though few even knew that existed), and on and on and on. And they love him for it.
