The last thing in the WORLD she would do is implicate Trump under any circumstances. Democrats should NOT want to hear from Maxwell under the auspices of a wholly corrupt Trump DoJ.

Also, do NOT trust Alan Dershowitz. He cares about one thing, that's himself. He wants "all evidence released" for one purpose, which is that he thinks it will show the late Virginia Guiffre (his own accuser, and the single known victim who has made the "Epstein as child pimp to the rich and famous" accusation) to be a liar and an extortionist. Also because he previously represented Epstein, he would not want evidence to come out that says Epstein was doing even WORSE shit than was known before, because that also makes him look bad. He also knows Maxwell will say nothing that will hurt him, she will 100% deny, in effect, everything that Giuffre has said happened WRT trafficking. What he's saying about her being the Rosetta Stone, and "knowing everything" is to burnish her credibility so that when she gets up on the stand and says "none of this supposed trafficking to the rich and powerful ever happened, it was all just Epstein abusing these girls", which is what Dersh wants to hear, it will be more believable.

Nothing good for our side (or for any victims) is going to come of hearing from Maxwell under these circumstances, prompted by this DoJ. The fact that Bondi just fired Maureen Comey only makes me more sure of this. She's in a position to say "Maxwell is full of shit", but now she'll be the "disgruntled, corrupt former prosecutor, daughter of the also-fired and disgraced Jim Comey!" whenever Trump refers to her. And the complicit M$M will get the message and downplay or ignore anything she has to say.
