6. Been worried about neighbor who just stays home, reading news and worrying a lot

Talked him into going to the last protest with us. Promised he would meet really GOOD people and have some of his faith in humanity and our future restored a bit. Told him things wouldn't look quite so bleak if he gets out and mixes with people who, like him, read real news, care deeply about the nation and ALL people, get up and make their voices heard.

It did him a world of good. He is excited about the next protest and might even come to our next DEM club meeting where we have great guest speakers, lots of important activist news/opportunities, and good information about our state legislature, government, groups working to make meaningful changes in how AZ is governed.
