1. First off, there's nothing there, there was no conspiracy, it was all well documented what happened.
2. The statute of limitations is expired for any criminal charges, and why didn't he do anything during his first term?
3. SCOTUS made presidents immune from prosecution for any official acts in office, so even if there was something, he'd have presidential immunity.

So gee, distraction?
