11. The one thing that nailed it for me was the way he "approached" the woman in that encounter.

I noticed it elsewhere with him, too.

He stans there and greets the woman. But he doesn’t reach out. He takes her hand and pulls it toward himself, while still staying in his own position. So then you have the woman held in place with her mostly-bare arm fully outstretched (maybe so he can feast his eyes on it). He has her at a disadvantage in that position while he can enjoy her bare arm fully outstretched toward him, and she’s just trying to be polite and she doesn’t make a big deal about it.

It’s just a little thing, but the first time I saw it, it made me grit my teeth.
