The timing of things shows the plan in place.

Her attorneys filed the appeal to the SC saying that she should never have been charged based on the sweetheart deal Rs gave Epstein that included the clause that no co-conspirators could be charged almost immediately after the trump lawyer had the initial meeting with her.
