The unsealed files don’t appear to include any allegation that Trump had sex with Giuffre or other women working for Epstein.

Giuffre also denied aspects of a reporter’s claim that she said: “Donald Trump was also a good friend of Jeffrey’s. He didn’t partake in any sex with any of us but he flirted with me. He’d laugh and tell Jeffrey, ‘you’ve got the life.’”

Note, however that Giuffre effectively said that Trump had to know what Epstein was doing.

She said that anyone who visited Epstein’s house would have seen his many nude photos of women displayed on the walls. “These are salacious acts of girls, young girls doing things to each other that would be considered child pornography,” Giuffre testified. “If you walked foot into Jeffrey Epstein’s house and you went in there and you continued to be an acquaintance of his then you would have to know what was going on there.”

Trump’s name also appears in the deposition by Sjoberg, which includes no allegations of wrongdoing.

She recounted that when Epstein’s plane would have to land in Atlantic City, New Jersey, “Jeffrey said, ‘Great, we’ll call up Trump’” and go to a casino, she said in her deposition. Sjoberg also said she never gave Trump a massage.

In 2019, Farmer filed a sworn affidavit in federal court in New York, which alleged that both she and her sister Annie had been sexually assaulted by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in 1996 in separate locations. Epstein is estimated to have abused large numbers of girls, with estimates ranging from a few dozen to over 100.

Speaking to Erin Burnett on CNN, Farmer recounted an alleged encounter with Trump. She said that while she was waiting at Epstein's offices, Trump had arrived there. She alleged that Trump had stood over her, in a way that she described as "imposing," and that he had looked at her "like he was in on some secret or something."

"I felt threatened, so I made an ugly face," Farmer says in the interview. She then states that Epstein said "Oh no, no, no," and added, "She's not here for you," before escorting Trump out of the room.

4 victims who testified in Ghislane Maxwell's trial all testified to no wrongdoing by Trump:

Several witnesses, including the four women, recalled how the duo would name drop their friends in high places, such as Bill Clinton, Donald Trump or Prince Andrew, and display photos of them alongside the Pope John Paul II or Fidel Castro in their properties. None alleged any wrongdoing by Epstein and Maxwell's famous friends.

None of Epstein's victims who have made statements publicly or anonymously (except the one person known as Katie Johnson or Jane Doe) have ever alleged any sexual wrongdoing by Trump.
