Texas tried to outlaw fracking. The state of Texas overruled the county saying that counties couldn't outlaw fracking. This was a decade ago. The only people who believe that Republicans are for small government are either Republicans who believe their own fairy tales or people who are ignorant and apathetic and just passively absorb reich-wing talking points without even knowing.

I made this point back in April 2023 and my comment was flagged. But, I think that it is true ,and I will say it again.
