When I changed doctors because I changed heath care plans my new doctor was able to access my records from my previous provider.

Two questions immediately come to mind. Is Trump trying to claim credit for someone else's work?

There appear to currently be restrictions on who can access this data. Will this right to privacy continue to be honored?
