"JD Vance Booed Loudly at Indiana Statehouse" [View all]

This is the headline from an article from Digital Chew dated 08/08/25 with a byline from Brent Edward. Apparently not only was "Cushions" Vance booed off the scene but he was hidden away in tunnels, according to the Indianapolis Star newspaper by way of Yahoo News, and then taken to see the governor. But the governor wasn't letting anybody see into the outer offices to tell what was going on. As the article notes:

"A large black curtain covered the office door. It blocked anyone from seeing inside the outer offices. Staff said they wanted privacy and quiet. Yet critics said the move showed fear of public reaction. The curtain stood as a stark barrier in the stately building. It served as a visual reminder of the tense atmosphere. Passersby could only imagine what lay behind the drape."

Was it possibly preventive in case an unholy urge to molest the furniture overcame the VP? Anything is possible.
