(369 posts)It's complicated. I don't tend tend to "both sides" my views, and my views have changed a lot over many years. I cannot know who I'll vote for in upcoming elections, as the candidates haven't been nominated yet. I'm not optimistic about the choices that will be available, but remain hopeful nonetheless.
In my long history, I have made choices that I remain proud of, and choices that now embarrass me. I have previously voted for Democrats, Republicans, Greens, Libertarians, independents, and maybe even some outliers. No party gets my unconditional support, and never has. Maybe I'm wishy-washy, but definitely independent.
