Likely she gave a lot of evidence regarding Epstein and Trump to her attorney. And if anything untoward should befall her, she's signed papers allowing the law firm to release that proof. (Ordinarily, attorney-client privilege prevents counsel from revealing information passed during representation -- unless the client gives adequate permission to break that confidence.)
