ICE grabbing any Hispanic they see lays waste to the Bill of Rights

1. Saw a post where a tamale vendor suffered a heart attack during her " arrest". She had been selling her tamales

for many years. I didn't see a video, but it was posted that she could be heard saying " I can't breathe"
If it is not about skin color, how do you know the person is undocumented in the first place?
Teens that set up a lemonade stand, will they be targeted if they are white?
Where I live, youth teams are always doing some kind of fundraising.
Carwash, bake sale, etc.
They are often in parking lots, on street corners.
Are they subject to be targeted by ICE?
I live in a majority black suburb, so maybe.
But what if it was a majority white neighborhood?
Are those parents and teens subject to ICE raids?
