Mohamed Salah questions UEFA tribute post for 'Palestinian Pele' Suleiman al-Obeid [View all]

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has questioned a social media post from UEFA, European football’s governing body, for not mentioning how a Palestinian footballer died.

According to the Palestinian Football Association (PFA), Suleiman al-Obeid, nicknamed the “Palestinian Pele”, was killed by Israeli forces in southern Gaza on Wednesday, aged 41.
