Prices and service are so bad in the Minneapolis area, we are very unlikely to have pets again when our two kitties eventually pass. Most places are owned by the same holding company, so same lousy service and prices most places. We found a nice place, but that's relative to the others. Even it is not in the same ball park of quality for care as our vet was before it was bought out.
