But where is Dan Caine and how is he justifying the con artist sending the National Guard into DC?
The con tried this crap in his first term, but then we had people who would tell him "No, you can't sick the military on our civilians you fascist lunatic". Dan Caine has the responsibility to do the same. Where is he and what is his excuse?
