4. He is going to ignore the law - again

There is no legal basis to take over DC in a "national emergency" and there is no chance that it passes a Senate filibuster. So, unless Senate Repubs go nuclear and do away with the filibuster, he is counting on SCOTUS to let him get away with it - again. The sad thing is he is probably right.
