3. As a "retirement" job

I work in a large supermarket in the dairy/frozen food dept. which has 1500 or so shelves that have to be filled daily. Not the most strenuous job but a little physical with regular lifting, bending, reaching, and so on. The company offers a decent wage, 401K, vacation, and profit-sharing. Pretty good deal working in a clean, air conditioned environment. My point is that the average length of stay in these jobs is 4 months. It apparently is a job which is too physical for the people who take it.

Having once worked a job where we analyzed the physical nature of repetitive motion jobs, this job is a low physical stress job yet too physical for nearly everyone who’s hired for it. If they can’t do this job they sure as heck aren’t working the fields or in meat processing plants. That’s way too physical for the typical sedentary American.

Bottom line, Republicans are idiots when it comes to this issue which is typical of their idiotic beliefs about everything.
