Why was Dementia Don wandering around the WH roof? My theory is that he's planning a total redesign of the People's House, making it a lot bigger to match the scale of the Big Beautiful Ballroom.
Of course, it will reflect TACO's sophisticated sense of style.
People can't complain, because the money will come from his donors, who will pay out of patriotic altruism. 
Just because something can be built doesn't mean it should be built.
