Blessed counterpoint [View all]
Turned on the news this morning and found myself unsurprised by any of the reporting. So, I went channel surfing, and to my great delight found a PBS station showing "50 Years of Peter, Paul and Mary". What a blessed counterpoint to our present circumstances, and a very welcome reminder of who we were, who we became, who we can still be. It's not possible (for me, anyway) to watch and not sing along. And Trump wants to shut down PBS.
