She's trying to get out in front of the fallout DIRECTLY caused BY TRUMP AND REPUBLICAN POLICIES by preemptively blaming the insurance companies.

This is the exact same bullshit they pull every time. Nothing negative is EVER caused by US, heaven's no, look over there, it's THOSE people's fault!
