Executive orders are only executable on the Executive Office. They aren't supposed to be laws on level with the Congressional branch. But trump has erased the boundaries between the branches of government, as he's destroyed the government, itself. Now he screams and someone either cringes are races towards him to do his bidding. Without complacent congressional and judicial branches, he couldn't get away with what he's doing.
