"The world" is not going to "unleash hell" on Russia or they'd have done it by now. President Jackass certainly isn't going to give Ukraine what they need to fend off the drones and glide bombs.

It's a war of attrition and Putin/Russia does not value human life - they'll keep throwing Russian men into the grinder until there aren't any left. He really does believe his paranoid bullshit about restoring Russia's glory and NATO forcing him into this war.
