38. "Tipping" is yet another way employers get away with paying thier staff peanuts

Most of the 'civilized' world requires employers to pay a decent wage such that their employees don't need to depend on tips to survive on.

BUT, with that being said, while growing up and even after college before finding my first "real" job I depended on tips and always tip well.
