On the other side of his Monday reference to the 25th Amendment, which would remove the president from power, was an off-color rhyme comparing the impeachment of Bill Clinton over an affair versus Trump’s role in last week’s riot at the U.S. Capitol.

“It seems like the more prurient the message, the greater the response,” he said. “I always wonder, ‘Is this the one where I go too far?’ ”
